Vodafone is a large mobile network in Europe. You can get mobiles from Vodafone on a pay monthly, pay as you go or SIM only basis. You can also get a broadband connection from Vodafone with a high-speed router which allows you to boost your signal to one device when you need it the most. There is also a Home Phone service for making landline calls. There is a range of features available on the Home Phone service such as evening/weekend calls, voicemail plus and anonymous caller rejection.
Vodafone is often mentioned in the media for poor levels of customer service, so it is unsurprising that you may need to contact the network from time-to-time if you have any issues such as a problem with your bill or your handset. It can be difficult to get in touch with Vodafone and you may often be referred to their Live Chat service, but we have the Vodafone helpline number, where you will be able to speak to an advisor directly to get your query answered. The number for the Vodafone helpline is 0843 557 3757.
Vodafone SIM Only
If you love your current phone, an SIM-only deal could be a great option for you. The SIM-only deals offer you a bundle of calls, texts and data without needing to change your phone. You can opt for a 30 day rolling contract or a 12-month contract, depending on which length would suit you better. An SIM-only deal is often much cheaper as you are only paying for the calls/texts/data rather than a new handset. You can choose a SIM based on how much data you think you will use- roaming data is also included, which is useful if you regularly travel abroad.
Vodafone Pay as You Go
If you prefer the flexibility of having a phone on Pay as You Go, Vodafone has phones available from just £15. You can opt for the latest handsets such as the Sony Xperia XZ or something more affordable such as the HTC Desire 530. Once you have chosen which phone you want, you can choose a Bundle. A Bundle lasts for 30 days and you’ll earn rewards points each time that you top up. Bundles are available for £10, £15, £20 or £30- the more you pay, the greater your calls/texts/data allowance will be. You can add optional accessories when you order your pay as you go phone online such as power banks, car chargers and memory cards.
Vodafone Top Up
There are lots of ways to top up your Vodafone pay as you go phone. You can make a one-off payment online using your credit/debit card, by using the MyVodafone app, by calling 2345 for free from your phone, by text (once you have called to register using 2345), by setting up an automatic top up, or by visiting any local shop or cash machine where you see the green Top Up logo.
When you have a Vodafone pay as you go phone, you will earn Rewards each time that you top up. You’ll earn 10% of the value you that you top up in rewards and you can put your points towards a high street voucher, mobile phone accessory or even a new phone. You redeem your Rewards points online by entering the code that you receive when you top up at the Vodafone website. Current Rewards include extra data, bonus credit, a selfie stick, Bluetooth speaker and power bank. If you have lost your Rewards code, text LOST to 27822.
Vodafone Eurotraveller is a service which allows you to avoid roaming charges by taking your calls, texts and data abroad with you. It costs just £3 a day. It’s available for Pay Monthly customers who bought their bundles before the 5th May 2016 and Pay as You Go customers- note that Pay as You Go customers will still need to pay £3 a day.
Vodafone Sure Signal
If the 3G signal around your home is poor, Vodafone Sure Signal can help to boost it for you. It fits in your plug socket and will give your home a boosted 3G signal, which is ideal if you live in an area with poor reception, such as the countryside. It currently costs £69 and is available to buy from the Vodafone website.
