TV Licence Payment Options

There are multiple ways you can pay for your TV Licence, including a one-off payment every 12 months, a direct debit that’s spilt, or a payment card that allows flexibility with paying your TV Licence.

One Payment Every 12 months – You can set up a direct debit to pay this, so it’s automatically renewed each year, or you can pay it off each year yourself with a credit or debit card, postal order, a cheque, BACS, or heading to your nearest PayPoint.

Direct Debit – You can choose either a monthly or quarterly payment of a direct debit for your TV licence.

Payment card – This gives you the most flexibility when it comes to paying your TV licence, with the ability to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You can set this payment option up online, and from then on you can make your payments at any PayPoint, pay it online, on the phone or by text.
