Home Delivery

The primary convenience of Tesco’s online groceries shop is being able to order for delivery straight to your home. You will choose your delivery slot when you place your order online. They will add a basket charge of £4 if your order does not meet the minimum spend of £40. You can change your delivery slot booking up to a certain point. Click and Collect

It may be more convenient for you to pick up your shopping in your car than for a Tesco truck to deliver it to your home. With Click and Collect, you still get the benefit of Tesco picking and packing your shopping for you. They just carry it out to your car at the store’s designated collection point. Delivery Saver

Tesco offers a subscription delivery plan for people who order groceries online regularly. It starts at £3.49 going to £12.99 a month, with contracts lasting 1 month or 6 months. The price depends on whether you want midweek, any day, or same-day deliveries. With Delivery Saver, you will never pay for deliveries or Click and Collect if you place an order meeting the minimum spend requirement. Call 0843 596 3326 for help with you Delivery Saver plan. Tesco Direct

Tesco Direct was the online shop for F&F clothing, homewares, electricals, furniture, and other items not available through Tesco Groceries. This online shop closed on 9th July 2018. Their returns policy only accepted returns up to 30 days from purchase, which will have expired. Wine by the Case

Tesco Wine by the Case has been an extra service allowing customers to browse and buy cases of wine. However, Tesco is closing this service on 8th October 2018, with final deliveries on 12th October 2018. Customers will only be able to buy single bottles of wine through Tesco groceries from this time. Ring 0843 178 4049 if you have any queries about this closure, your account, or an order. Call if you did not receive your Wine by the Case delivery. You can cancel an order up to 30 days after you receive it, so call this number to cancel for a refund. You have 3 months to cancel up to 10% of an order of 10 or more cases.
