Selfridges London

The Selfridges store located on London’s Oxford Street is the store which started it all. The store is open from 9am-10pm from Monday-Saturday and 11.30am-6pm on Sundays. In-store, you’ll find luxury brands, fine-dining experiences and a unique shopping experience. There is a desk for click & collect, where you can order online up until 10pm and collect the next day. There is also a personal shopping service available on level two where you can enjoy a bespoke two-hour personal shopping appointment, whether you are dressing for an event or overhauling your wardrobe.

Selfridges Manchester

There are two Selfridges stores in Manchester.

Manchester Exchange Square

For luxurious retail therapy in the heart of the city, Exchange Square is a great destination. It offers standard Selfridges services such as click & collect, personal shopping and car parking. It is open from 10am-9pm on weekdays, with an extended opening time until 10pm on Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, it is open from 9am-9pm and on Sunday from 11am-5pm. In terms of eateries, you will find the San Carlo Gran Café on the ground floor, serving sandwiches, afternoon tea, salads and cakes. On the second floor is the San Carlo Bottega serving a full Italian menu including seafood, pasta and pizza.

Manchester Trafford Centre

The Selfridges store in the Trafford Centre was the first to open outside of London. It has all of the best luxury brands and offers the same Selfridges shopping experience. It is open from 9am-11pm on weekdays until 10pm on Saturdays and until 6pm on Sundays. If you are hungry whilst visiting, you can stop off at the Garden for gluten-free and vegan dishes, the Champagne bar for light bites and champagne, Colonial for Chinese and Thai food, or a range of chain eateries such as Yo! Sushi, Patisserie Valerie and Pret A Manger.

There is a range of Selfridges delivery options for people in the UK. Standard delivery takes up to five working days and costs £5, Nominated Day lets you select the day of delivery and costs £8, and timed delivery costs £10 and allocates you a specific delivery slot. In the event that you need to return an item, you can visit your local Selfridges store to refund or exchange items. You can also return via the post by filling in the returns label free-of-charge and posting it via Royal Mail.
