Park Christmas Payments

When you order from Park Christmas on the website, you will register for an account. You can log into your account to make the payments for your savings plan. Park Christmas Delivery

Park Christmas starts to prepare your order once your account is fully paid up. It can take up to 14 days to reach you, but they should notify you by text message. If you do not receive a letter confirming the delivery dates of all your orders by the end of October, call 0844 257 4324. Vouchers and cards should arrive by the last week of November, and other products should arrive in the first week of December. Fresh and frozen food hampers will arrive closer to Christmas. Park Christmas Agents

You can earn an extra commission from Park Christmas by signing up as a Park Agent and adding friends, family members, and colleagues to your account as customers. All you have to do is place their orders for them, collect their payments through the year, and pay them to Park Christmas. Park Christmas Cancellation

If you change your mind about Park Christmas, you can amend or cancel your order online at any time. However, you can only do this until 31st August. After that, you must call 0844 257 4326 if you want to cancel. As a cancellation fee, they will charge you 10% of the total order value, or a minimum of £20. For hampers, you cannot cancel the order after 1st October. Call to discuss a refund if you have amended or cancelled your order. You should also call if you decide to close your Park Christmas account completely.
