Gas and Electricity with Npower

Npower are unique in that they provide not only electricity or gas services, but BOTH. They are innovators in the field of offering new tariffs to customers of any loyalty, and can provide flexible ways to pay and to be billed, whatever suits the customer best.

Npower tariffs change in small ways relatively frequently as the company keeps up with their customers, the demands of the broader industry, and the effects of an imperfect world. Some tariffs can only be accessed by customers on the Npower website, and many of them are reserved for Npower smart meter holders, who can use their smart meters to take much more delicate control of their energy usage and billing.

Not all tariffs are available online with Npower, however – many need to be purchased in conjunction with the individual needs of your home, and require precise measurements of your energy usage an dthe energy rating on your home. For more information on tariffs, and which tariff suits you best, call the Npower helpline on 0843 208 1762. This helpline is open from 6am to midnight, every day of the week, so you’ll always be able to get in contact when you need to.

Your Npower account
