Destiny is an online-only multiplayer game from Bungie and Activision. The role-playing shooter game first came out in 2014, with four expansion packs. The sequel, Destiny 2, came out in 2017. These games feature a sci-fi shared world where the character travels to different planets and fights aliens. They use random matchmaking for player vs player modes. Despite criticisms of weak storylines, the games sold well and the first game even won a BAFTA award. The sequel was made available through Windows, too.

Other Ways to Contact Destiny
When the platform you play on isn’t the source of the problem, you should contact the game developer. In this case, the Destiny developer is Bungie. The American company does not have an e-mail address or easy way to directly contact them. The most common way of asking for help is through their online community forums. You may also ask for help with the game on the official Destiny Facebook page or Twitter account. Other than this, you could always write a letter to Bungie’s head office. However, it is in the United States.
